TMRW needed a seamless, intuitive platform that could deliver valuable insights while maintaining confidentiality and ensuring a smooth user experience.

Discovery & Strategy
We worked closely with TMRW to define the core objectives of the platform, ensuring it enabled individuals to assess their strengths and identify areas for growth based on future-focused leadership competencies.
The tool needed to be visually appealing, easy to navigate, and actionable while maintaining confidentiality and allowing for flexible survey responses to meet minimum participant thresholds.
Additionally, we developed a system that provided administrators with real-time tracking of completion rates while ensuring data integrity.
Design & Development
We prioritised usability and clarity, creating an intuitive platform that transforms complex data into clear insights.
The system features visually engaging reports categorised into Leader Within (internal leadership traits) and Leading Beyond (collaborative leadership skills).
A 1-7 rating scale differentiates self-assessment, line manager feedback, and peer reviews, ensuring a precise evaluation of leadership strengths and gaps.
To maintain confidentiality, participants access results only after two external responses, while admins can reassign responses to meet minimum thresholds.
Real-time tracking enables admins to monitor completion rates, driving engagement and data accuracy.
