The task was to seamlessly integrate new long-form pages while retaining the brand’s aesthetic and ensuring a consistent, user-friendly experience across all devices.

Strategic Planning for Long-Term Impact
During the discovery phase, we conducted an SEO audit and reviewed the existing site to identify gaps and opportunities. The analysis revealed a need for structured, long-form pages to better communicate their services and improve Google rankings. With this foundation, we mapped a clear path to enhance content and optimise the site’s structure while keeping the site live and uninterrupted throughout the process.
Crafting Consistent & High-Impact Pages
Using Webflow’s CMS tools, we created 16 new pages that aligned with the existing design. These included Office Space Solutions, Interior Design, Tenant Advisory, and more. Each page was tailored to enhance navigation and optimise for SEO. The homepage was also refreshed with a modern, client-centric design, maintaining Gaze’s brand while improving usability and showcasing their credibility.
Testing, Refining, & Publishing Updates
Every element, from navigation to animations, was rigorously tested to ensure responsiveness and functionality across devices. We published updates seamlessly, ensuring zero disruption to the live site during the process. Adjustments were made to refine the user experience and ensure consistency across all pages.
Ongoing Support & Scalable Solutions
Since completing the initial project, we’ve continued to work with Gaze, managing updates as they expand their services and grow their team. From adding new sections like "Our People" to enhancing the contact page and navigation bar, we ensure the site evolves with their business needs.
