Kindello partnered with us to build a childcare marketplace that simplifies the search and booking process for families while empowering childcare providers to manage enrolments and availability.

As one of our earliest full-service projects, we worked closely with co-founder Logan—who brought deep industry experience—while our team led everything from product strategy and branding to design, development, QA, and launch.

Kindello needed a markteplace that felt easy and trustworthy for families—while giving providers the tools to streamline operations, boost engagement, and showcase their offerings.

We created a modern, responsive web platform with built-in tools for search, enquiry, and enrolment. Parents can filter and compare centres in their area, while centres manage listings, availability, and communications with ease. The brand identity, product experience, and marketing infrastructure were designed for growth—helping Kindello expand not only across New Zealand but also into international markets like the UAE.

Our Process to Delivery

Discovery & Planning

Working alongside Logan, who brought invaluable domain knowledge, we shpaed the product vision from scratch. Our team led the technical scoping, user journey mapping, and early branding decisions—laying the foundation for a product tailored to both parent and provider needs.

Design & Development

From brand identity and UI/UX to the full stack build, our team designed and developed everything in-house. We delivered a fully resopnsive platform backed by robust architecture—complete with CMS integration, admin tools, search and filter functionality, and a clean interface optimised for ease of use across devices.

Testing & Launch

We carried out quality assurance across the platform to ensure reliability, accuracy, and usability before launch. The product was released nationally in New Zealand, supported by a digital marketing campaign—covering blog content, social media, and targeted promotion. The platform has since launched in the UAE as well.

Growth & Ongoing Support

We've continued to provide technical support, enhancements, and maintenance as Kindello scales. From platform fixes to new feature implementation and international setup, Cub Digital remains a strategic partner in Kindello's growth journey.
