The festival previously lacked a central hub where organisers and hosts could efficiently manage and promote events. With no shared source of truth, communication was fragmented, event details were inconsistent, and the planning was time-consuming.

We collaborated with the Auckland Climate Festival team to identify core needs across different event types, stakeholders, and timelines. The goal was to build something lightweight but impactful—ensuring ease of use and scability as the festival grows.
Design & Development
We developed a clean, responsive platform that makes it easy to add and manage events. Hosts can input key event details, organisers can track and coordinate activity, and attendees can access a clear schedule of what's on.
Testing & Publishing
The platform was tested across desktop and mobile to ensure a reliable, intuitive experience for all users. Once final refinements were made, we published the site without disruption—rolling it out ahead of the festival season.
